Eidolon OST

forgeflow The soundtrack was often the best part of this haunting and singular game. The music transports me back to the particular mood the game evoked - solemn, mysterious, beautiful. Favorite track: Broken Highway.
Squishchin

Squishchin This music paired with the game is phenomenal. Its not very extraordinary of a sound, but simply the dreary, melancholy, otherworldly-yet-familiar atmosphere which makes this the best. My favorite online personality Kurt J Mac introduced me to it via lets-play in 2014. This music often evokes in me abstract thoughts of the future. The sounds tuned perfectly to Eidolon's simple visuals and post-apocalyptic 24th century setting make a product orders of magnitude greater than the sum of its parts. Favorite track: Blueberry Fields.

Lynch A really nice soundtrack that fits perfectly into a really nice game. Favorite track: Across the Sound.

addison (r) Absolutely amazing soundtrack for an incredible game. Post-rock influence on an extremely otherworldly environment. Love this album to death! Favorite track: Book of Lost Names.

about

Michael Bell Bellingham, Washington

A Loose-Fish and a Fast-Fish, too.

There are two kinds of albums here: music made during the development of specific games, and music made in the exploration of various sounds, structures, and instruments.

The former is made to fit specific contexts. The latter is about experiment, spontaneity, and happy accidents. I do everything solo, in my home studio here in Bellingham.

Questions welcome.
